Introduction

Here are various animated demos of the platform in action. Viewing them requires Macromedia Flash Player, which is probably already installed on your computer. Since the animations can not be resized, they are better viewed with a 1024x768 screen resolution (or higher).

Demo 1

This demo shows how to build a simple processing stream using the wizard, and how to extend it with other components.

Demo 2

This demo applies a semantic lexicon on Rimbaud's poem "Le dormeur du val", performs a simple semantic computation using a MRE, and then uses a DSDL grammar to detect stanzas that reflect particular semantic features.

Demo 3

This demo applies to the same poem, but works at the character level. It uses a specific regexp tokenizer to delimit characters and associate them the colors defined by Rimbaud in another poem called "Voyelles". Then, a DSDL grammar is applied to detect stanzas that contain a majority of particular colors.

Demo 4

This demo still applies to the same poem, and uses the same semantic lexicon as in the demo 2. It uses a very simple EDCG to detect approximative oxymorons, i.e. a sequence of two lexical units that provide incompatible values on a single semantic feature.
